Itinerario e inclusiones
Day 1…
9:30am. Departure from our office to the main port to take a boat where we will sail for 40 minutes approx. along the Madre de Dios River until we reach our tourist accommodation. We will provide a delicious fruit drink from the region. In the meantime we will give you information about the accommodation and highlight the activities to do during the tour.
1 pm. Lunch
After listening to the indications and recommendations, you will be given time to settle into the rooms. When they are ready we take a walk through a part of the jungle to see and get to know some ancient trees that we will find along the way, with chances of seeing some monkeys, birds, insects in their natural habitat.
7:30 pm. We will get ready to take a night walk along the river, looking for caimans that normally at night sparkle their eyes when they are illuminated and it is the perfect time because they go out to look for their food or to hunt other nocturnal animals such as capybaras, majas or picuro, armadillo.

Day 2…
2:30 am- We will wake up at dawn from our accommodation to take a private tour. We will sail by boat for 45 minutes to reach the city – Puerto Maldonado where our car mobility awaits us to travel 1h 30 minutes of travel along the interoceanic highway and a section we will cross the jungle in the same mobility.
4:45 am Puerto Filadelfia where we will be able to appreciate the Tambopata River. From there we sail 40 minutes approx. until we reach our destination the CLAY LY CLAM of macaws, on the way there are possibilities to see animals such as capybara, tapir, deer, jaguar perhaps. When we arrive at our destination we will wait for these beautiful colorful birds, have patience; Local guides will give you more information about the destination. We take advantage of the moment to have breakfast observing the macaws where they congregate, and socialize to acquire minerals from the clay walls species such as parrots and parakeets come to this place as well.
11:30 am We return to our accommodation for lunch along the same road we arrived at this destination.
1 pm lunch at the lodge
3 pm. After a rest we will do the activity of Kayaking on the Madre de Dios River, enjoy nature to the fullest where we will have the chance to see more butterflies, water turtles among other birds.
8pm Dinner
Then we have an optional activity: Campfire, to talk about the stories of the jungle and live a different experience making fire in the dark.
Day 3…
4:30 am. Breakfast.
5:00 am. We visit Lake Sandoval, located in the Tambopata National Reserve, a beautiful 3-kilometer water mirror, extraordinarily rich in biodiversity of flora and fauna.
To visit this beautiful lake we took a 3-kilometer hike
The lake is surrounded by Mauritian aguaje palms, orchids, timber trees such as: lupunas, shihuahuacos that are habitat of many animals; Here we can observe them in their natural habitat, such as, monkey preserve or howler monkey, turtles, black caiman, giant otter that measures 2 meters an adult, which are endangered, many resident birds such as herons, puma herons, kingfisher, toucans, hoatzin or shansho which is a pre-historic bird, your local guide will give you more information of the different types of ecosystems that exist in this beautiful lake.
12:30 pm Lunch at our accommodation
3pmThen we will move on to our full adrenaline zip-line and zip-line activity.
Then we will get ready for the night walking activity, it is very different to walk day and night, the path you will observe crickets, grasshoppers, fireflies, frogs, toads, tarantulas, some reptiles also such as snakes, tree lizard such as the famous (plica plica) which is a master of camouflage and the most important thing is to feel the symphony of the jungle.
Day 4….
8am breakfast
Then we visit the trail or tapir trail that at the end of this we can find an area of aguaje palm trees, where they like to eat those wild fruits, which is a humid area, where you can find footprints of other animals as well. This hike is approx… 3 hours, where we have chances to see wild pigs, some rodents, toucans. Oriole birds.
IMPORTANT FACT: From November to April this area is flooded with water and are habitat of Anacondas, Super interesting the type of jungle that changes according to the season. Locally called los aguajales or swampy area.
1 p.m. lunch
3:30 pm. Sport fishing, it is very interesting because we can appreciate some parrots and toucans when you navigate the river, we usually catch piranhas, paco, gamitana, palometa, sardines and some catfish such as catfish, maidens and many varieties that inhabit our beautiful Amazon.
4pm return to the city
